1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GradeBuzz at gradebuzz.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

GradeBuzz is operated by its owners (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

GradeBuzz provides:

  • A free photo and signature resizer tool for government exam applications.
  • Educational guides and information about exam photo specifications.
  • Mock tests and practice questions for competitive examinations (coming soon).
  • Interview preparation resources for MNC companies (coming soon).

All core tools are provided free of charge, supported by advertising revenue.

3. Use of the Photo Tool

The GradeBuzz photo resizer processes images entirely within your browser:

  • You are solely responsible for the content of images you process using our tool.
  • You must ensure that photos you process and upload to exam portals are genuine photographs of yourself and comply with the respective exam authority's guidelines.
  • We are not responsible for application rejection due to photo non-compliance. Always verify specifications on the official exam portal before submission.
  • Do not use the tool to process images of other people without their consent, or for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

4. Accuracy of Information

GradeBuzz provides exam photo specification guides based on publicly available official sources. However:

  • Exam specifications may change without notice. Always verify on the official exam authority website before submitting your application.
  • GradeBuzz makes no warranty that the specifications listed are current, accurate, or complete.
  • We are not affiliated with UPSC, SSC, IBPS, SBI, NTA, IITs, or any other exam authority.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GradeBuzz to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit fraudulent exam applications using altered photographs.
  • Scrape, crawl, or copy content from the site in bulk without permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
  • Upload or process illegal, harmful, or abusive content through our tools.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on GradeBuzz — including text, guides, graphics, tool design, code, and branding — is the property of GradeBuzz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a link to our guides) is permitted.

Exam names (UPSC, SSC, IBPS, NEET, JEE, GATE, etc.) are the property of their respective organizations. GradeBuzz is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam body.

7. Advertising

GradeBuzz is supported by advertising from Google AdSense and potentially other ad networks. Advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial content. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRADEBUZZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

We are not liable for any exam application rejection, penalty, or loss resulting from your use of information or tools on this site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
